The Challenge
The charity was doing impactful work on the ground, but their previous website was dated and cluttered. Important community services were buried, making it frustrating for people in difficult situations to find immediate help. The lack of a clear, modern presentation also made it harder to engage new volunteers, secure funding, and demonstrate the organisation's true value to local partners.
The Approach
We gave the charity a complete visual and structural upgrade tailored around what their community needs most. Key programmes, wellness resources, and local event details are now straightforward to find and explore. By pairing intuitive navigation with streamlined volunteer touchpoints and authentic impact stories, the new website gives the charity a trustworthy platform that actively drives engagement.
